HML Charges
Today, a resident of Finberry with a leasehold property has issued a further notice to HML under 'Section 22' of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 for years 2020 and 2021
At time of writing, no further information has been received from HML.

The website for David Lloyd clubs already has a page for the Ashford club, stating at time of writing that the new club will open in 2026.

HML Charges
In the last week, a resident of Finberry with a leasehold property has issued a notice to HML under 'Section 22' of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 for years 2022 and 2023
This requires HML to provide access to all documents for those years. So far an extract has been received but not full access. The data provided is being deeply analysed and any interesting results will be shared.

According to an email received from the current property manager, Kirsty Wiles, she is leaving HML at the end of January to be replaced by Tracey Wilson at tracey.wilson@hmlgroup.com
